Return & Refund Policy

At Source & Sage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our dropshipping model and the spiritual nature of many of our products, please review our return policy carefully.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that processing times may vary by product as items are fulfilled by different suppliers.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Items that arrive significantly different from their description
  • Wrong items shipped

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used candles, incense, or smudge bundles
  • Books or items showing signs of improper use
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Digital products or downloadable content

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Info@SourceandSage.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
  • Reason for return

We will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide return instructions if approved.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

  • Defective/damaged items or our error: We will provide a prepaid return label
  • Change of mind or unwanted items: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • A restocking fee may apply in certain cases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
