18 months with Kelly -Love, Yoga, and Spirit, is the story of love, loss, grief, and healing. It is this author's journey through falling in love, becoming a caregiver, dealing with grief after Kelly's death, and finding peace and healing. It is his journey from building his health, to a spiritual journey to Hawaii, working to restore relationships with family and friends, and growing in his relationship with Almighty God.
